Family matters are legal proceedings wrapped around personal ones. The job is to protect your rights and your children's interests while keeping the temperature as low as the situation allows — an agreed solution, where one is possible, is almost always faster, cheaper and easier to live with than a fought one.

I advise and represent clients in divorce (by mutual consent and on suit), child custody and contact arrangements, child and spousal support, and the division of marital property. Where agreement isn't possible, I represent clients before the courts with preparation the court can follow: documents, valuations and a clear position.
